Fairwinds Camp Consulting, run by longtime former camp director Dr. Nick Teich, PhD, LCSW, provides executive coaching and business consulting exclusively for camp directors. Nick is also a social worker by training and provides mental health consulting for camps. Having been a camp founder and director himself, and having worked with dozens of camps across North America, Nick knows the myriad issues that directors face, and how the camp landscape has changed over the years. He is the recipient of the Peter Kerns Award for the Advancement of Professional Development “for inspiring and challenging others to enhance the camp experience for all,” from the American Camp Association - New England.
