Unlike large management companies, our owners remain actively involved in daily operations, working closely with camp partners to build strong kitchen teams, thoughtful menus, and memorable dining experiences. With over three decades of combined camp experience, Michael and Efrat Mack are passionate about creating meals that help campers make lifelong memories. We provide professional, personalized food service for camps of all sizes, specializing in both kosher and non-kosher operations.
