What are the dates of the tour?
The camp tours begin the afternoon of Monday, September 15th until the afternoon of Wednesday, September 17th. More travel details are provided below, but we recommend that attendees plan for the entire trip to be from September 15th-17th.
How will travel work?
For those who will be flying to the fall tour, please plan on flying into Newark International Airport. Please plan your arrival before 12:30 pm on Monday, September 15th. The bus will depart the airport at 1:00 pm to ensure we arrive at the hotel with enough time for check in before our first camp tour.
If you plan on driving your own car and meeting everyone at the hotel, please plan on meeting everyone at Settler’s Inn, 4 Main Avenue, Hawley, PA 18428. Please plan on arriving at the hotel no later than 3:30 pm EST.
We’ll have a charter bus to transport attendees throughout the trip. Most camps are relatively close. We know that some attendees may opt to travel on their own by car.
On Wednesday, September 17, the bus is expected to arrive at Newark International Airport at approximately 4:30 pm EST. Please schedule your return flight for at least 2 hours after the arrival time at the airport.
Where will we stay?
We will be staying at the Settler’s Inn and Ledges Hotel in Hawley, PA. This hotel is centrally located to all the camps we’ll be visiting.
Please call the Settler’s Inn to reserve your room at a discounted rate for this CODA event. The code established for both properites is 2509CAMPOW. We have a room block for both properties.
The room rate at both properties is a discounted group rate of $199 per night.

What about the food?
Wayne County is known for their local produce and baked goods. We plan to feed you well!
Breakfast will be available at both Settler’s Inn and Ledges Hotel. Other meals and snacks will be provided by the camps on the tour, as well as a cocktail reception and dinner at the Settler’s Inn on Wednesday night.
Those with dietary needs will have an opportunity to communicate that info with the tour planning team.
